The Nebraska purchase agreement establishes the terms of a real estate transaction. The buyer typically uses this form to make an offer for the seller to accept or counter. The offer should include information such as the proposed earnest money deposit, final selling price, and date of closing.
When both parties are satisfied with its terms, they may sign the contract to finalize the sale.

Seller Property Condition Disclosure (SPCD117) (§ 76-2,120(7)) – The person(s) looking to sell their residence is liable to accomplish a disclosure statement that provides an overview of the property’s current condition and notes any material defects that may be present within the structure.
